   This terms of service defines the conditions related to the provision of products and services by “Invescore NBFI JSC through this website, and NBFI shall provide Services to the Customer in accordance with the terms of this service.

   If you register your personal information, open a registration account and log in, you are deemed to have read and understood these Terms of Service and the Privacy Policy and to have met and accepted the conditions necessary to receive the Service. Thus, please read it completely.
1. Create an account
1.1
18-year-old citizens of Mongolia can create an account and become a user on the Invescore website.
1.2
You accept Terms of Service and on the basis of accepting the Privacy Policy and meeting the Customer Identification criteria, a unique Registration address will be created, and Your information, credit and transaction history will be stored in the Registration address.
1.3
You log in to your Account by entering your login name and password, and all actions, requests, and transactions made from that account after you log in to your Account are considered legal actions by You.
1.4
If you use the Invescore website on behalf of a legal entity, you must be a person authorized to represent that legal entity without a power of attorney or an authorized person, and the consequences, rights and responsibilities of any actions taken on your behalf shall be borne by that legal entity.
1.5
When using the Invescore website, it is not possible to act on behalf of any individual, and NBFI is not responsible for the consequences of such representation.
2. Customer Verification
2.1
Depending on the type of request and amount you send, your e-request and e-contract will be confirmed with a pin code, one-time password, digital signature and signature on the written contract with NBFI.
2.2
In order to ensure the security of e-services, depending on the value of the e-contract, it is possible to select more than one of the above authentication steps for double authentication.

NBFI will use your personal information /surname, first name, registration number, date of birth, gender, telephone number, emergency contact information, address of residence, employment, etc. and other information specified in the Law on the Personal Data Protection/ for the following purposes only. 5. Rights and obligations of the Customer
5.1
By agreeing to these terms of service, you, the customer shall have the following rights and obligations. It includes:

The Customer has the right to receive information about the loan repayment schedule, loan account statements, loan application processing and other relevant financial services;
5.1.2
The Customer has the right to submit your comments and complaints related to the operation of the website by filling out a form in the 'Send Feedback' section or by calling 77090077;
5.1.3
The Customer is obliged to submit your accurate personal and financial information;
5.1.4
The Customer is obliged to update your information whenever there is a change;
5.1.5
The Customer is obliged not to submit false information, deceive, or manipulate;
5.1.6
The Customer is obliged not to use it for illegal purposes such as political advertising, intimidation, money laundering, financing of terrorism, defamation or insulting of any organization or individual, invasion of personal or organizational privacy;

The Customer is obliged to protect the security of your login and password and not to share them with others;
5.1.8
The Customer is obliged to pay commissions and fees for any products and services provided by NBFI in a timely manner;
5.1.9
The Customer is obliged to be solely responsible and liable for any damages caused to NBFI or other individuals due to the violation of its obligations specified in the terms of service;
6. Rights and obligations of NBFI
6.1
NBFI shall have the following rights and obligations when providing service for the Customers. It includes:
6.1.1
NBFI has the right to refuse to provide the service if the required personal information is incomplete;
6.1.2
If the Customer breaches its obligations under the Terms of Service, NBFI shall have the right to disable their registration on the Invescore website and claim any damages and expenses incurred;
6.1.3
NBFI is obliged to maintain and protect the confidentiality of customer information, not to transmit it to others, or to use it for other purposes, except as specified in the Terms of Service;
6.1.4
NBFI has the right to temporarily stop in case of technical changes or updates to the Invescore website and is obliged to inform the customer about this;
7. Miscellaneous
7.1
In connection with the improvement of its products and services provided through online and system updates, NBFI will make improvements to the website in the specific time and the customer will be deemed to have accepted the additional changes to the website by installing the updated version.
7.2
Logos, website designs, contracts, terms of service and other documents of Invescore Group companies located on the Invescore website are the property of NBFI and these are protected by the Intellectual Property Certificate. Thus, it is prohibited to copy, reproduce, imitate, profit or use in any other way.
7.3
Any disputes arising in connection with the usage of the website shall be resolved amicably by the parties, and in the event that such a dispute cannot be resolved, it shall be resolved by the competent authority in accordance with the laws of Mongolia.
7.4
NBFI, as a joint-stock company, will publicly post on this website the updated version of the necessary policies, rules and regulations, appendix as well as the operational and financial reports, as stipulated in the Law on Company and the Corporate Governance Codex, and they will be an integral part of these Terms of Service.
