I began my career at Invescore in 2019 as a Loan officer in the “Auto Complex” branch. After more than a year, I was appointed as a Senior loan officer of the “Bayanzurkh” branch. During this period, I received proper guidance from my competent managers, worked alongside young people who sought new things, learned from them, and gained experience. Then I have been promoted and appointed as a Branch director of “Yarmag” branch since 2022. I believe that our organization is unique in its commitment to supporting the individual development of each employee. Senior financial manager
For me, in 2021, I passed Level 2 of the Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) exam. Due to my interest in working in organizational financial management, I chose the position of Financial Manager at InvesCore NBFI JSC. Implementing financial management within any organization is a highly important and responsible function. A companys vision, growth strategy, and human resource capabilities determine how challenging and interesting the role of a financial manager can be. Since our companys establishment, we have utilized significant resources adopted from developed markets, which have become best practices, enabling us to attract resources and expand our operations. I am very satisfied with my work because the experience I accumulate directly impacts my personal and professional growth. The fact that InvesCore NBFI JSC is one of the most influential players in Mongolias capital and money markets, financing its activities and regularly expanding cooperation with external funding sources, adds to the long-term challenge and interest of the financial managers role. In 2023, it is possible to apply for the CFA title after passing all three levels of the examination. This indicates an opportunity to apply acquired knowledge effectively.
